Cambridge writes to old boys asking a favor

Cambridge has decided to write to It’s alumni producers of popular shows asking for what basically amounts to a load of free publicity and advertising. Whereby other universities have to pay for advertising like Nottingham’s recent ad. Cambridge just has to ask nicely for a bit of free publicity and propaganda from the license fee payers. If I could give some advice to Ian Blair perhaps a letter to the beeb asking for a nice soap story line where an Asian police offer gets treated fairly wouldn’t be amiss, hey maybe the MOD could get in on the act with East Enders doing a story on Brave young men fighting for their country? The Home Office could propose a story showing people jumping for joy at getting an ID card. We have all known the Media is the establishment’s tool, but hey you don’t even have to be discreet about it now!
